1. Eligibility for refunds
This fee is non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted or trading activity has commenced.
Refund eligibility is strictly subject to:
- full compliance with all programme rules
- successful identity verification where required
- adherence to all Terms and Conditions
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in ineligibility for any refund.
2. Account Reset Fees
If a user fails an evaluation or chooses to reset their account, additional fees may apply.
These fees are non-refundable, as they cover the setup and provisioning of a new simulated trading environment.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in limited cases where a verified technical issue originating from OFunded systems has materially prevented participation in the evaluation.
Requests must be submitted within seven days of the issue.
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company and are final.
4. Program Withdrawals and Disqualifications
No refunds will be issued where:
- an account is breached
- programme rules are violated
- trading behaviour is deemed non-compliant
- prohibited trading activity is detected
- identity verification requirements are not met
- payout eligibility conditions are not satisfied
This applies to all programme types.
5. Challenge Evaluation Refund
Where applicable, a refund of the initial evaluation fee may be provided only after:
- successful completion of the evaluation phase
- progression to a funded account
- successful fulfilment of payout conditions
- completion of the applicable payout cycle as defined within the programme
Refunds are processed alongside an approved payout and are not issued separately.
6. Instant Funding Accounts
For instant funding accounts, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Failure to comply with programme rules or failure to complete required verification may result in:
- account termination
- forfeiture of gains
- ineligibility for any refund
7. Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks after accessing the platform.
In the event of a chargeback:
- all accounts will be immediately suspended
- access to the platform will be permanently revoked
- any gains or payouts may be withheld or reversed
OFunded reserves the right to recover any funds previously paid out and to pursue recovery of all associated costs, including administrative and legal expenses.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within two business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
9. Changes or Updates of Policy
OFunded reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
