What products can I trade?

You can trade any products streamed by the Liquidity Provider into the available platforms, as such products may change from time to time. This includes FX pairs and CFD Indices, Commodities, Metals, and Cryptocurrencies.

What is the leverage?

We offer up to 50:1 leverage on Forex and Metals, up to 10:1 leverage on Indices, up to 5:1 leverage on Oil, and up to 2:1 leverage on Cryptocurrencies.

What countries are accepted?

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, traders from all countries — excluding OFAC listed countries — can take part in our program, unless otherwise limited at the Company's discretion.

What is the minimum age I must be to be part of your program?

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the applicable minimum legal age in your country, to purchase an assessment.

How are taxes handled?

When trading a Funded Account for our firm, you are treated as an independent contractor. As a result, you are responsible for any and all taxes on your gains.

Affiliates are credited for referrals when a user creates an account using a link or discount code provided by the Affiliate.

What are the trading hours?

Trading hours are generally set by the Liquidity Provider. You can view hours per product directly inside DXtrade (right-click symbol → Instrument Info), MatchTrader (click symbol → Info), or cTrader (Symbol Window → Market Hours).

What brokers/liquidity providers do you use?

We utilise an aggregate source of pricing and liquidity from multiple brokers and liquidity providers, drawing on tier-1 banks, prime brokers, market makers and other sources. All market pricing and trade executions are provided by the brokers without alterations on our part. We do not adjust transaction costs such as bid-offer spreads, markups/markdowns or swaps beyond what is set by our brokers.

Where do I track the progress of my account?

Upon purchase you receive access to a trader dashboard where you can monitor your Assessment and Funded Accounts. The dashboard is updated in near real time as we calculate your metrics. It is your responsibility to monitor your breach levels.

Question 12

What are the rules for the Funded Account?

Accepted Answer

The rules for the Funded Account match your Assessment account, except a Funded Account has no Equity Growth Target. Daily Loss Limit, Max Drawdown, Inactivity, and Leverage all carry over.

How long does it take to receive my Funded Account?

Accepted Answer

After passing your Assessment you receive an email with instructions to access your KYC verification and Trader Agreement. Once both are completed and supporting documentation is provided, your Funded Account is typically issued within 24–48 business hours.

How do I withdraw the gains in my Funded Account?

Traders can request a withdrawal in their dashboard at any time, but no more frequently than once per 30 days. Click 'Withdraw Profits', enter the amount, and we will distribute it via the available outbound payment solutions. We reserve the right to change the withdrawal methods and options at any time.

If I have a hard breach in my Funded Account and there are gains in the account, do I forfeit those gains?

Yes. Any accumulated gains will be forfeited unless you have purchased the Payout Protector add-on.

Who is the counterparty to my trades?

Accepted Answer

We may offset or negate market risk and act as the direct counterparty to certain trades initiated in your Account, with executions priced by arm's-length third parties. This allows us to manage risk dynamically while ensuring you receive real market execution. The gain or loss on your funded account is not calculated differently.

Am I subject to any position limits?

The maximum position you may open is generally determined by your available margin. We reserve the right to increase margin requirements, limit max order size, or limit open positions at any time, and to revise drawdown halt levels in response to market conditions.

Do you manipulate the pricing or executions you receive in your Funded Account?

No. We do not have any control over pricing from the liquidity provider(s) or on the executions of your trades.

Do your accounts charge commissions?

Instant Funded Accounts receive the same pricing and commissions as charged by our Liquidity Provider to other self-funded retail trading accounts.

How many Funded Accounts may I have active at one time?

A maximum of $190,000 in active Instant Funding plans per person is permitted, consisting of up to one of each plan size.

What is the Instant Funding Plan?

The Instant Funding Plan allows traders to start with a fully funded account without needing to complete an assessment phase.

Do I need to complete KYC or sign a trader contract to start trading?

Accepted Answer

A Trading contract and KYC are both required; however, to start trading using the Instant Funding Plan, these steps do not need to be completed until you request a withdrawal.

What happens if I do not pass KYC?

Accepted Answer

If you fail KYC when requesting a withdrawal, the withdrawal will be rejected, your gains forfeited, and your account closed. We strongly encourage you to ensure you meet KYC requirements before choosing the Instant Funding Plan.

How do I withdraw the gains in my Instant Funded Account?

Accepted Answer

Request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Withdrawals are limited to one request every 30 days. The minimum withdrawal is the greater of $100 or 1% of the account's starting balance. When approved, our share of the gains is also withdrawn and your max trailing drawdown locks in at your starting balance.

How do you calculate the Trailing Max Drawdown?

The Maximum Trailing Drawdown is initially set at 8% and trails (using CLOSED BALANCE — not equity) until you achieve a pre-defined return. Once reached, it locks in permanently at your starting balance. Example: from a $100,000 start, you can drawdown to $92,000 initially; as your closed balance rises, the floor rises with it, locking at $100,000 once the threshold is hit.

How do you calculate the Daily Loss Limit?

The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum your account can lose in any given day, calculated from the previous day's balance which resets at 5 PM EST. It compounds with the increase in your account. Example: if your prior day's end balance was $100,000, your account breaches if equity reaches $95,000 during the day.

How do you calculate the Max Drawdown (STATIC)?

Maximum drawdown is the maximum your account can drawdown before a hard breach. On account open it is set at a defined % of your starting balance. This % is static and does not trail.

What is the difference between a Hard Breach and Soft Breach?

Accepted Answer

Soft breach: we close all trades that violated the rule; you can continue trading the Funded Account. Hard breach: you violated the Daily Loss Limit, Max Drawdown, or Inactivity rule — your Funded Account is taken away.

Is there a breach for inactivity?

Yes. Your account will be breached if there is no trading activity for 30 consecutive days.

Can I hold positions over the weekend?

Positions can be held over the weekend if the Weekend Hold add-on has been purchased (only Crypto is available for weekend trading).
